From the preliminary design stage to handing you the keys to your new home, you will have the comfort of knowing that your satisfaction is our utmost priority. Step by step, you will be involved in decision making and always be able to contact us about any detail. You will be given timelines for construction that will enable you to understand the process of building your home. We don’t believe in creating situations where you have to make a snap call — you will receive ample notice of decisions that need to be made, so you will feel confident about your choices. Ryan will personally meet with you many times on-site to walk through the home explaining concepts and what to expect as the days pass and answer any questions.

And, if you’ve trusted us with your remodel, we understand your concern of disrupting your lifestyle while we create your ideal environment. We will be sensitive to you and your family, ensuring that the remodel area is kept clean and safe, and the work timeline is strictly monitored. Throughout the course of the remodel, Ryan will be available for any questions that may arise.
